MyPainDr operates on a direct-pay concierge medicine model. Our services include:
- Interventional pain management procedures
- Regenerative care treatments
- Physical therapy coordination
- Wellness and supplement consultations
- Virtual and in-person appointments
- Membership-based concierge services
2.2 No Insurance Requirement
While we can submit claims to insurance for eligible services, our model is designed to provide access to advanced treatments without insurance limitations. Membership fees and treatment costs are separate from insurance coverage.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf.
4. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you agree to:

5.2 Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation fees.

Virtual appointments are conducted via secure video conferencing. You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet location and stable internet connection for telemedicine visits.

6.2 Insurance Claims

Membership plans require recurring payments. Membership benefits, fees, and cancellation policies are detailed in your membership agreement.
7. Telehealth Services
When using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that:
- Telemedicine has limitations compared to in-person care

- Your provider may require an in-person visit when necessary
- You consent to video and audio recording for medical records
- You are responsible for the security of your connection
